This post is strictly about Woody from Dons complete auto! He is hands down, by far the most kind, down to earth, and honest person you'll meet. I live over an hour away and the job I work at is near the shop. This morning I had unexpected car troubles, had to call AAA and Woody was so kind to take me last minute, my car had an awful oil leak and broke down on the highway due to the prior mechanic that worked on my car. Woody fixed/cleaned it all up and I'm so appreciative of him. I wish I lived closer so I could bring my car to him for all of my necessities. 10/10 in my book!

I have taken vehicles to Don's Complete Auto Service for years and have always been impressed with the professionalism and work that the staff delivers. My most recent experience was no different, in fact, they may have even taken their service up a notch! Not only did they diagnose every possible thing that could be wrong, but once they found what the issue was, they provided me with options to pursue, based on what I was willing to spend on the repair work. Their meticulous attention to detail was phenomenal and they made sure the car was operating at 100% capacity before delivering the final product to me. Also impressive, was the fact that Neal, the owner, personally drove the car to ensure it was in tip top shape before signing off and permitting the vehicle to be picked up by me, the customer. He put himself in harm's way by driving it for final inspection before signing off on it! Don's Complete Auto Service certainly puts the customer first with their commitment to excellence! I can't say enough good things! I was told by Tires Plus that I needed about $2k worth of work. I was skeptical and found this shop on the AAA website showing NAPA AAA Auto repair approval. Everyone was kind & respectful. The inspection was quick, and Neal went out of his way to show me every single line item from the Tires Plus service recommendation and how I was in great shape and needed NOTHING. Neal, a master technician, shared that he has 2 daughters and hates when people try to take advantage of women. He literally gave me a flashlight and showed me even the undercarriage of my vehicle, then sent me some educational videos so I can learn further. I will be coming here going forward.

All of the automotive technicians are highly skilled, ASE Certified Professionals. Routine PM and repair work is always completed correctly and within the promised timeframe. We had a noise under our van & went to get checked out & Woody said probably brakes so we took it back on Tuesday to be sure & that's what it was along with the rotors. We had everything changed, cleaned up & braked fluid changed & flushed & we're done in less than 3 hours. I highly recommend this shop for any vehicle repair. I've been using them for years. Friendly, honest, extremely professional in their work. I recently took my high mileage Porsche Cayenne that was running rough and was considering trading it in for a new one. Neil and his team worked on it and made it run like new. Now I'm going to keep it and enjoy it for years to come. They detailed my car after being worked on at no charge. I also take my 1975 Porsche 911 there for all of its services New or classic cars, these mechanics know their stuff and can repair almost anything and make it run like new.

So, my tale begins last Dec 14th, 2024. The wife calls and says the car is screaming and she scared to drive it. She's in FL I'm in OH. She parks it, researches and finds Dons, has it towed and they start digging into it. The following week, they have her come out to the service bay, walk her thru what they found and she gives them the go ahead to start the repairs. Fast forward to Feb 2025 and they call to tell me it ready, been test driven and it's all done. I was expecting an exorbitant repair cost on top of the initial deposit- I WAS WRONG. Not only did they trouble shoot, repair and test drive to ensure, they provided a full preventative maintenance plan to help ensure we don't go thru this again. The guys are awesome, and I fully recommend Don's for ypur vehicle needs.

Been using Don's for a few years now. It's hard to find quality mechanics in this day and age d age that will treat the customer with respect and actually listen to their concerns. My dashboard warning lights kept light up. Took the vehicle in and they fix it. Drove it home and boom the lights came back on. Called and took the car back. This continued a few times until they fixed my car. They don't quit until you are satisfied. They care! Don's staff is a wonderful group to deal with. They are honest and charge fair prices and don't nickel and dime you. I will go no where else ever again!

This was my time using Don's though I've lived in Kissimmee for 30 years. I had my Kia Soul towed there after it decided to make my already long Monday even longer. It refused to go above 20mph. It was after 5pm and they have a drop box with an envelope to put your key and fill out info on the cover. Awesome idea! So the next morning I contacted them, Woody was extremely nice and let me know they would get to it as soon as they could. By the end of the day I knew what was going on and felt confident in their assessment and plan of action. The next day they let me know my car was ready. I made arrangements for pickup after 5. They also have a pickup box method for picking up your vehicle after closing (receipt and everything was in the front seat!) which is even more awesome for those of us who also work that 8-5 grind. As I picked up my car though it stalled on me multiple times. Woody just happened to still be there when he came out for something I let him know. He tried it a couple times and also stalled. He said they'd take a look in the morning and they did. He called me the next day with their diagnosis and assessment again, very informative and explained everything. They got it running good but wanted to keep it one more night to do a cold start, which I had a ride and was fine with. The next day he called and said everything was running good, they were satisfied with how she was running and was later texted my after 5 pickup information. I was not charged extra for the stalling out. Monday morning I got a text checking in and making sure everything was running smoothly. There wasn't much of me being there, pretty contactless experience but probably the best experience I've had with getting my car worked on. Friendly, professional, seemed fairly decent priced the work that was done, convenient and definitely courteous. They did not even attempt to tack on anything extra or upsell me. I'd hope that if anything of concern was seen they would have brought it up though. Thank you guys for taking care of my baby and getting me back on the road efficiently and quickly, she's still running better than she has in a while. Will definitely recommend and be returning! Love that pickup system, no need to stress over getting there before closing!

Our family drove down from Toronto Ontario in September and one of our cars started to smoke and overheat as we pulled into our resort. Don's shop was recommended by CAA/AAA, it was towed there. We drove down from Michigan and on the way down the car started vibrating horribly. I took my 2005 GMC conversion van to Don's Complete Auto Service for A/C service or repair and an oil change. The staff from Kevin (service advisor) to Master Technician Neal was the best I've ever encountered at an auto repair shop. Neal has over 30 years at this shop and was very informative about my repairs and offered me good solutions that wouldn't break the bank. The savings allowed me to address some other issues that I took advantage of while my van was there. The shop was clean, and professional with all work done was timely and great. I talked to some of the customers that were there and they had nothing but high praise with one telling me they had been using them for more than 10 years. I've been looking for a non-dealership service place that I could trust with highly skilled techs and very reasonable prices for over 35 years. I'm certain my search has been found. I will be returning for any future service or repair. Wish I had found this shop sooner.

I would highly recommend Don's Auto, they provide quality, professional work! We are from Illinois and are renting a condo in Kissimmee and started having trouble with our Buick Enclave, not sure where to take it, so I looked on the AAA website for a approved auto repair shop and founds Don's Auto was rated great. Let me start by saying this should have happened a long time ago. I had searched for a good mechanic for my 2009 Lexus RX350. But was afraid to drive out so far so I hesitated each time. My car finally had had enough with poor mechanics and lousy work. So I took the risk and drove out to Don's. Best decision I have ever made. From the beginning when I called asking for information Kevin was super friendly and customer service was 100 percent. I showed up the same day and was greeted by Neal. He was the one who worked on my car. After checking the vehicle thoroughly Neal took the time to explain what he found and what was needed. I have never talked to a mechanic for more than two minutes without being dismissed. Neal was awesome. He explained to me in great detail and probed to see what work I had done in the past. All my issues were resolved in a timely manner and my car is running like new. For all of you with that 2009 Lexus RX350 check engine issue please please please call Don's. You won't regret it. Two thumbs up for customer service and communication. Will definitely be going back. Neal, I owe you big time man. You don't realize how much this has been a burden for me and my family. Our 18 yr old Taurus broke down and had it Towed to Dons. Within the hour Neal phoned and said it needed a new starter motor , with the fitted price, gave the go ahead and it was ready within a couple of hours. As it was there asked for a diagnostic which revealed quite a few engine faults. They repaired them and it was ready within 24 hours, great service, now runs like a dream and everything guaranteed. I have found a reliable, honest and professional auto repair shop! I have a 2015 Camaro that has had A/C issues and had previously been repaired at a dealer through an extended warranty. Before paying for an expensive diagnostic test at the dealer to see if the warranty will cover a new problem, I brought it to Don's. Neal took care of me right away and did everything possible to try to repair the A/C. He worked on it for quite awhile and explained that it would require quite a bit of labor to repair it. They diagnosed my problems had occured when another garage had done shoddy work so that I could go back to previous garage and get reimbursed. Short story, I brought my vehicle in after I had it serviced at a Honda dealer because the Honda Maintenance Department couldn't resolve the issue of turning my check engine and low oil pressure light off. I went to dons to get my 2000 nissan frontier repaired . the problem was when driving the automatic transmission would feel like it was slipping when shifting from 1st to 2nd gear. it would only do it with light throttle. also noticed a slipping condition when at highway speed using cruise control. the problem was intermittent ,had to have all the right conditions to happen. Neil scanned engine computer and checked live data and also checked under hood . nothing to put finger so decided to plug data logger under dash and told me to drive vehicle for about a week and drive on in- terstate or turnpike. the data logger can store 25 drive cycles worth of data that can be viewed later. after analyzing data , the throttle position sensor was found to be the problem, sometimes blanked out not sending any voltage to the engine computer and the transmission computer. New throttle position sensor solved issue. intermittent drivability problems are the most difficult to diagnose.Thanks to Neil and staff at Don's for great service.

It looks so far, that the owner of this place takes in high regard his customer's opinion, and that is a very good sing cuz at the end of the day... the only reason for any business to be.... are its clients. That been said, I am a marine mechanic student (and by student, I'm not saying that my experience as a mechanic is zero, I am just getting the paper to hang on the wall) ... I don't like anyone but myself working in my cars (all mechanics know what I'm talking about... it's just a mechanic thing) BUT... in this case, I have to take my truck to a good shop to recharge my AC, and A/C work (the one I need) it is a bit more complicated that just buy a 134a can and recharge, and some other specific tools are need it. My point is, that researching for a good shop where to take my truck, I came across this one, and ONLY for such good reviews of prior customer's experiences, I am deciding to use this one. And I wanted to rate it, that so far, the attention of the owner to his clients, in combination to the past good reviews... it is something that it is disappearing in America. And for that reason, I will be calling soon to set an appointment. Hopefully this will help the owner from ever losing track of what's really important... his customers. And of course.... my next review will be after the service. AFTER SERVICE: what can I say, it was just like I expected, job well done, fast and for my surprise... 200% less of what I expected to spend, very good price. In other words, I am happy with my service, and I do will recommend this place.

They went through everything they had done and verified all settings were accurate however they contacted Acura and discovered a little known issue with transmission fluid. Awesome! Not only did they change my oil in a timely manner but Neal went beyond by noticing some damage to the undercarriage and recommended a solution.
